You also have the wide open blue and green space of Walthamstow Marshes – a Green Flag award-winning nature reserve – just moments away. Perfect for morning jogs, evening strolls or just wandering around enjoying the wildlife, it's a wonderful feature to have right on your doorstep.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be enjoying all the benefits of the classic Warner design – the ingenious layout that makes best use of every inch of space, a dedicated front door and private section of the rear garden - a deck leading onto a lengthy strip of lawn, flanked by full, riotous beds.

Design & Decor throughout is brimming with vintage features and loving touches; filament lighting, original floorboards, plantation shutters and period mantelpieces all coming together for a cool, individual sense of style. The front door even has the original ironwork, under that signature arch.

You have fast, direct links to both The West End and The City within easy walking distance. Blackhorse Road and St James Street stations are both just half a mile away on foot and will get you to Oxford Circus and Liverpool Street, respectively, in just 20 minutes.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER...

"Walthamstow has changed so much in the ten years that I've lived here, but thankfully Cornwallis Road hasn't. It's still the same lovely, quiet, friendly street as it was when I first moved in to my much-loved Warner.

If you're a runner, the proximity to the marshes and River Lea is brilliant, and a steady trot from work in central London to home takes just over an hour.

It's in such a great position, with just brief walks to the tube, overground and High Street, and you're surrounded by green spaces. And cyclists – there's a much-coveted bicycle bread bin already on the road with a second on its way.

I'll be sorry to leave the street, but my fiancee and I have already decided we're staying in E17 – we both love it too much to leave."
