Full description

A single enclosure of 2.4 acres in a picturesque wooded setting adjoining the hamlet of Treworga.

Of interest to local persons and those further afield needing space for a pony,
land for growing or perhaps conservation purposes.

This small meadow extends to 2.398 acres or thereabouts. It lies deep in the Roseland Peninsula adjoining the hamlet of Treworga and with good access from a minor country road. It is a picturesque location with wooded boundary hedges and being in a dip in the landscape it is naturally sheltered. It will appeal to anyone living locally wanting some land for a pony or other livestock or even someone further afield with interests in conservation.

Treworga is a small community tucked away in the Roseland countryside within the parish of Ruanlanihorne. It lies just half a mile from the A3078 road at Ruanhighlanes which is the main arterial route through the peninsula from Tregony to St. Mawes and which is also a bus route. The nearest villages for everyday needs are Veryan, Portscatho and Tregony whilst the city of Truro is about thirteen miles away.

The field is all in grass and slopes to a stream on the far boundary. A spring also rises in a low point to the field and there is a useful two bay FIELD SHELTER.

Services - There are no services connected.

Viewing - Strictly by Appointment through the Agents Philip Martin, 9 Cathedral Lane, Truro, TR1 2QS. Telephone: 01872 242244 or 3 Quayside Arcade, St. Mawes, Truro TR2 5DT. Telephone 01326 270008.

Directions - Within the hamlet of Ruanhighlanes on the A3078 take the turning signposted to Philleigh and the King Harry ferry. After about quarter of a mile take the next right hand turning which brings you into the hamlet of Treworga. Continue through the hamlet and the field will be easily located on the right hand side with a for sale board displayed.
