The spacious hallway adds to the whole openess of the apartment, separating the two bedrooms well so you don't feel like you are living on top of each other if you are sharing. The view from the balcony is tranquil and you have great views of the Great River Race and front row seats to the November and New Year's Eve fireworks without having to brave the cold or noise. You have sunlight all through the day and the flat is warm and cosy throughout the year even through those cold winter days. The block has a nice community feel and all the residents we have come across over the years have been very friendly. The concierge team is fantastic and have been a great asset especially with all of our Amazon deliveries."
