The cabin is within Trawsfynydd Holiday Village which is about 10 miles north of Dolgellau and 14 miles south-east of Porthmadog within the Snowdonia National Park. It is to the west of the A470, 2 miles from Trawsfynydd village, close to the hamlet of Bronaber. The holiday village (previously a WW2 army base) is well established with great views over the countryside and mountains. There is a launderette, small shop and children’s play area on site and the Coed y Brenin Forest Park is just a few miles south. Cabin 302 is located close to the children’s play area to the south of the site
