The Vendor's View - We were looking for a family home as there were five of us at the time. Elm Grove was perfect for a family and we really liked the size and space that this property offered. The garden is also of a good size and definitely sealed it for us!

A favourite room of mine is our lovely kitchen and the large master bedroom. Our house is nice and private, and that's what made us choose Elm Grove.

Manston is a lovely village with a pub and a great park for dogs & children. Elm Grove is also close to Westwood Cross shopping complex, near to the motorway & easy to get to Canterbury. There are additionally some very good schools near Manston!

Our house has a wonderful feeling of space with solid walls. The bedrooms are large, and everyone who comes to visit comments on how lovely our house is.

A young family could grow & flourish in Elm Grove, equally an older family could benefit from the position and easy rail links to London and the surrounding towns.
