Description

The cleared Brownfield site is broadly rectangular and relatively flat. Formerly there was a two storey brick workshop on the site which has been demolished. There is a Right of Way running

The site extends to approximately 0.28 Ha (0.69 acres) and is situated on the corner of Perry Road and Victoria Road. The site is bound by Perry Road to the north, Victoria Road to the east,

The site is located directly opposite HMP Nottingham.

Town Planning

The site was granted outline permission for 'the erection of 4 no. B1 industrial units following part demolition of existing building' (ref: 08/03846/POUT) in November 2008 by Nottingham City Council, but this has since lapsed.

In March 2009 full planning was granted for 'demolition of existing buildings and use of cleared site as a temporary cark park' until 31.12.2010 (ref: 09/00077/PFUL3).
