What the owners say :- This is a lovely area to live on hayling Island. In our opinion near the sea front but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. We are in two minds about moving and the only reason we are doing so is to release funds to enable us to do the things we want to do now we are both retired. We have had eighteen very happy years here and hope the new owners will feel the same.
