What The Owner Says:

"We have loved living here since our three children were young and now they are older and have children of their own, we wish to have a complete lifestyle change.

If you like wildlife, this is the garden for you as we have a great variety of animals, birds and butterflies visiting the garden. Our children enjoyed many summer holidays playing in the garden on their swings, slide trampoline. They also enjoyed camping out under the stars in the garden tent and zooming around on their bikes. We have enjoyed plenty of family BBQ's and gatherings in the garden.

Just a minute up the road is the Drove Road which leads onto the South Downs, where we go daily for walks with the dog or cycle rides; you can even walk over to the Amex in 20 minutes to cheer on the Albion. The views are fantastic over to Brighton and Lewes and on a clear day you can even see the Isle Of Wight. It is a lovely place to go and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a picnic.

We enjoy being able to walk down to the variety of local shops, library and medical centre. When our children were at Primary School an easy 5 minute walk down the road saved time trying to find a parking space in the school runs! The drive way is big enough to easily park 4 cars which was ideal when our children learnt to drive, although parking outside has never been a problem.

We have enjoyed the frequent bus services which mean that in 20 minutes you can be in the centre of Brighton to enjoy the beach, restaurants, shops and pier which run late into the evening, saving the worry and stress of trying to find somewhere to park.

Overall we have loved living in our home. It has given us the space to bring up three children and now our grandchildren are enjoying the indoor and outdoor space before we set off on our new adventure".
