Having only seen flats when we saw a freehold house with a garden for a similar price it was a no brainer for us. Although it was a little more than a flat the amount we would save on service charges made it an all round better investment.Being close to the station is ideal for those who need to commute daily into the City or Central London. There are also a number of Primary and Secondary schools all close by making this a perfect starter home.This has been a lovely house for us with great neighbours and we hope any new owners will have the same happy experience living here as we have had.
