Our home is situated in a lovely cul de sac. We were attracted by the views to the open countryside from our home and garden and the quiet location. The fact that we can walk to Birkdale Village in fifteen minutes is also a bonus plus being walking distance from Outstanding schools. We have lived here for ten years but it is now time to let another growing family enjoy the large home. It is now too large for us.
