This house has been in my family for over 40 happy years, my father and I brought it together and I have lived here ever since.
If those 40 years hadn't been happy ones I am sure I would have moved on by now, but thanks to the neighbourhood, the area and my wonderful neighbours I have had along the way I have stayed and stayed.

In all honesty there isn't anything out of reach here, schools, parks, Croydon, Sutton, Wallington and of course all the motorways. It really is such a convenient place to live.

Its time for me to move on and start a new chapter with my partner but I can happily move knowing the new owners will love this place just as much as I have.
