I have owned this house for eight years now and it has proved to be a great investment. When I first bought it I made sure that everything was up to date, including the kitchen/breakfast room and bathrooms etc. During my ownership I have re-plastered the house as well as added a new combi boiler.

The time has now come for these to be refreshed again, but I think it is best to leave this for the new owners to decide how they want to do it.

The house was a natural choice for a buy to let really, I always think houses in this location present great value for money. The area has always seemed popular with tenants, in my opinion too.
