Coming north on the M6:
Exit at Jn42 and take first left (sharp bend,) signposted 'Dalston'.

Drive for 1.8 miles, such that you go straight through a small cross roads and pass a sign on right for a car boot sale.

You will come to a sandstone house on the right (with a small white sign on the left of the road pointing right, signposted 'Upperby'). This sign is directly opposite the road that you need so there is no warning. Turn right here as if you were going to Upperby.
(If you get to a T junction / dog leg crossroads / Durdar / pub on your right you have gone too far).

Drive 0.8 mile along this bendy road towards Upperby, until you see 3 oak trees all together on your right.

Directly after the oak trees (i.e. they are on the corner of the road) is a single track road. Go down this road (taking care to drive slowly in case of oncoming cars or children) – there are passing places if required.
