I was looking for a property that I could rent out and wanted to find something that was not only offering a good return but did not want to pay lots of maintenance fees. After looking at a number of properties I was finding that many of them had quite high monthly costs or very short leases and would have had to be renewed in the future. I got a call about this maisonette which had over 900 years left on the lease and you only paid as and when you needed to update or maintain yourself. When I arrived I liked the position and how quiet the road felt and wasted no time in securing it.It has been the perfect buy to let investment and has worked very well for 8 years.
