If peace and tranquillity are your thing, then you will love living at this property. You can here the Church Bells from Carisbrooke on a Sunday morning and very little else.

The feedback we get when entertaining friends and family is that the house has a feeling of being on holiday. The connection the open plan living has with the garden makes it a fantastic place for entertaining.

Another bonus for living at the property is the way it seems to be protected from some of the bad weather. We are very protected from the high winds and on some of the cooler summer days, the garden still remains very warm. On a sunny day in the middle of winter, the second floor Terrace is the place to be, unbelievably warm.

Having this much space for our large family has been fantastic, even in the winter months. There is room for the kids to run around, or if they need, shut themselves in the Cinema Room or Playroom. Overall a very enjoyable place to live.
