A national mainline railway line links Barnstaple with Exeter St. David's and Exeter Central.
From the A39 drop down into Parracombe, pass the Fox & Goose and take the next right where the phone box is. Follow this road pass the church, around the school, continue passed the Hall and 2 bungalows and the gate to property can be found on the right hand side.
