Tenure: Freehold

There's so much more than first meets the eye in this welcoming family home! Once you're through the door you can easily see it's been designed with warmth and loving care. There's room for a family to grow within, and the position and commanding views across the South Downs automatically fill you with a sense of comfort and tranquillity before you've even stepped through the door.

The first floor has been redesigned so that the typical third 'box room' usually found in this style of home is now a generous size, along with the two larger double bedrooms, and there's a luxury modern bathroom suite to the front. Downstairs you can enjoy some quiet time in the formal living room. There's a beautiful large bay window lighting up the room and giving elevated views to the front. The family room behind is currently being used as an ideal fourth bedroom, but can easily lead dinner guests through the French doors into the fabulous rear extension dining area. Here you'll experience an uplifting sense of light and space as the bespoke roof lantern ceiling sits above you.

This is a great space for entertaining or getting the whole family together, as the kitchen is open plan into this room, making it easy to stock up on snacks and refreshments, and there's a handy utility room to the side. It's not just the family who can grow in this home either. There's lovely landscaped gardens to both the front and rear with lots of opportunity for green fingers to get stuck in.

What the Owner says:

We have loved living here and put a lot of hard work into making it the home it is today!

Being so close to the town centre is excellent, we have never had any issues picking up weekly essentials from the shops.

Transport links to Eastbourne and Brighton are amazing and have often used the train station which is only a 10 minute walk from the house.

We are really going to miss living here but are very excited for the next step we have been dreaming about.
