We have lived at the property for several years, the kitchen and bathroom are both modern and well presented, we have decorated the property from top to bottom including and replaced the carpets. Everything you need is close by including great schools, shops at the end of the road and Morrisons supermarket within walking distance. If you commute the M61 motorway is close by as is the A666 and the Middlebrook Retail Park is within five minutes, likewise a short drive will take you into the countryside with Belmont and Rivington within easy reach. We are only moving as we require a larger property, however we have thoroughly enjoyed living here and sincerely hope the new owners love the property as much as we have.
