Broomfield and Bells Yew green is a cracking place to live. We bought from new and the last 8 years have been great. It's a fantastic community with the majority of people commuting, using the excellent and reliable train service on our door step. There are many families and summer is a sociable affair with BBQ’s on the green and children running in and out of open front doors. Winter is centred on the great village pub, the Brecknock Inn, with its open fires and excellent wines and ales.
The house is in the centre of Bells Yew Green, a small village about 2 miles to the south of Tunbridge Wells, within walking distance of Frant mainline station. There is an excellent local general store and a smashing local pub /restaurant. In Tunbridge Wells there are excellent shopping facilities and amenities including many major national stores and supermarkets. In the lower part of the town are the famous Pantiles and the High Street. There are well known schools in the town including Grammar schools, recreational amenities include a cinema complex, theatres, sports and leisure centre, two golf courses and numerous restaurants. Train Services: Frant Station in Bells Yew Green for trains to London (Charing Cross, London Bridge & Cannon Street) in about 60 minutes.
