Directions
From Exeter, head south on the A38 to Plymouth, continue for 5 miles until the exit signposted ‘Bovey Tracey & Moretonhampstead’. Take this exit and then take the 4th exit off the roundabout for Bovey Tracey and Moretonhampstead. Follow this long, straight road, through woodland until arriving at a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit. This is ‘Newton Road’. After 200 yards, the discreet entrance to Indio Lake will be on your right hand side.

Tenure
The lodge is sold with a 117 year licence agreement. It is restricted for holiday use only and can be used as a second home or holiday home investment for 12 months, but cannot become your primary residence.
