We purchased this home over 40 years ago now, we fell in love with the area. Having children here was ideal as we could walk the children to school so we could avoid the school traffic. Even popping into town is so easy, you don’t actually need your car at all, it is such a convenient area.

For any buyers looking to up-size without wanting to move there could be a possibility to extend (with the necessary planning consent).

We do love this home however, we have been given an opportunity now that we just cannot turn down with the chance of moving closer to family. We do hope whoever buys this home enjoys it as much as we have.
