I have owned the property for numerous years and it is ideally situated with everything on your doorstep, schools, shops and amenities are nearby and Willows Lane is on a bus route into Bolton centre. If you commute the M61 motorway is within a five minute drive and the Middlebrook Retail Park is within approx. ten minutes.
