Having owned the property for nearly 12 years it really has been an ideal investment. I was attracted by its great location close to the station and the fact that it comes with 2 allocated parking spaces, great for when friends and family are visiting.

I have modernised the flat throughout so that the next owners can begin enjoying their new home straight away. The kitchen and shower room are both my pride and joy and I think it is great that there is a communal garden area. An added bonus is a share of the Freehold.
