Exbury lies approximately five miles from the Georgian market town of Lymington and the bustling forest village of Brockenhurst, where the main line station trains run to London Waterloo, and the A337 gives direct access to junction 1 of the M27 motorway.

Turn right and proceed through the village and, still on the B3504, head in the direction of Dibden Purlieu. At Hilltop, by the Royal Oak, turn right signposted Exbury and then sharp right into Exbury Road which opens into Summer Lane. An all weather track leads to Stocklands and is located on the left hand side after the cattle grid. The land is towards the end of this track. All viewings must be accompanied and via appointment only.
