From our office in Lymington leave Lymington on the (B3504) sign posted Beaulieu. Follow this road across the Forest until reaching a T junction, turning right towards Beaulieu. Turn right and proceed through the village and, still on the B3504, head in the direction of Dibden Purlieu. At Hilltop, by the Royal Oak, turn right signposted Exbury and then sharp right into Exbury Road which opens into Summer Lane. An all weather track leads to Stocklands and is located on the left hand side after the cattle grid. The land is towards the end of this track. All viewings must be accompanied and via appointment only.
