We bought the property in 2002 due to the location, we were looking for somewhere to bring up our family and wanted a safe secure environment.We loved the quiet cul-de-sac location and in particular the size of the corner plot garden. We had made a decision that we wanted the 'Richmond' style as it totally worked for us and flows nicely.We replaced most of the flooring in 2012 and added a new boiler and hob in the last few years. The garage benefits from an electric up and over door for ease of parking. It is a very sociable area, with desirable local schools, golf course nearby. All the neighbours are friendly and there is the odd get together.
