Wow! This is quite simply a stunning three bedroom detached house! If you are looking for a home that will impress all your friends, then you can’t afford not to view this wonderful home!

Once you have parked in the spacious driveway in front of the garage and entered the home, you are immediately greeted by the feeling of space. The heart of the home has to be the large kitchen/ dining area; this is a room where hours will be spent, whether it be entertaining family and friends, or keeping an eye on the children whilst they do their homework. On those warmer days, throw open the French doors from the conservatory and enjoy a BBQ out on the large patio area. The lounge at the front of the house is the perfect setting for a cosy night in front of the gas fire.

Thousands of pounds have recently been spent landscaping the rear garden. This large sunny garden is going to appeal to many of you that want a space for the children to run around and burn off some energy whilst retaining a nice space for some alfresco dining.

This house is beautifully presented inside and one where all you have to do is move in and arrange your furniture.

This spacious and well-presented home is sure not to be on the market for long as Waterlooville always proves popular, due to its proximity to good road links and great schooling.

What the Owner says:

When we first bought this property it needed complete refurbishment. We stripped it right back to its shell and refurbished it throughout. Previously the house had a separate dining area but an open plan kitchen/ dining was a lot more appealing to us. We have completely transformed the garden too. What was once an overgrown space is now a lovely family friendly usable space.

The area is lovely and our neighbours are so friendly but the time has come where we need to take the next step on the property ladder. We hope the next owners will be just as happy as we have been here.
