Full description

Tenure: Freehold

A three bedroom house sitting on a good size plot that has so much going for it! From great potential to a convenient location, you will be wondering what else you would actually want!

One of the best parts about the property is actually at the back as the rear garden includes a large area of woodland extending down to within a few feet of the stream known as Crowborough Ghyll. Not only is it big but it also backs onto additional woodland so you have a quiet and peaceful setting for your outside oasis! The garden would be ideal for a family or someone who has green fingers. Either way, you can't help but be impressed with it.

Now we can get inside the property and saying it's a good size wouldn't do it justice. There is so much going for it with a brilliant lounge/diner which flows into the large conservatory overlooking the garden……perfect for entertaining friends and family. Imagine having everyone over and having the doors out onto the garden on a lovely summers day!

If you do need a bit more space, you will see when you approach the property that there is loads of potential to extend on the side, subject to the correct planning consents. This could be made into a huge family home the possibilities are endless.

What the Owner says:

There are so many reasons why I love this house but feel it would be more suitable for a family with all it has to offer. Having three double bedrooms upstairs has been a real benefit over the years with the children.

The rear garden is different and not just because it's big. The woodland at the back is somewhere the grandchildren go out and play for hours and hours. There's so much to do and it will keep them entertained which is better than being cooped up inside watching the television!

The location is also great for a family. Not being far from the local schools, shops and mainline station means I've never had a problem getting anywhere.
