What attracted us to this house was the size and the parking at the rear. The double garage is accessed via a wide tarmac driveway from Lamorna Avenue and we tend to park all of the family's cars behind the house and enter via the back door, in fact, we hardly ever use the front door.

This is a really good area for families as there are lots of good schools nearby, shops just along the road and you can walk to the town centre, although there is a bus service that runs outside which is ideal for when your children become teenagers and wish to spread their wings a bit.
