Directions - From the main B4455 'Fosseway' take the road signed The Pillertons just north of the village of Halford. After approximately 1 mile take a right hand turn towards Fulready and Whatcote. The pasture is of mature turf and the boundaries are mainly post and wire fencing with some hedges. The north western boundary is defined by the white marker posts. The property is in open countryside and would make a ideal horse or pony paddock. The land is situated just outside the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty but is within a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone. The purchaser is to erect a permanent fence of net and two strands of barbed wire within six weeks of completion along the north west boundary.
