I have lived at the flat for several years and found that everything that you could ever want is on your doorstep. The village has a range of shops and the newly built Tesco supermarket just at the end of the road is very convenient. If you work further away Bolton is a five minute drive or you could be in Manchester city centre within thirty minutes depending on traffic. There is also a tram link in Radcliffe which is the neighbouring town which makes Manchester and surrounding area very accessible. I have recently added a shower suite. Parking is very good and there is a garage for secure parking. The property is very quiet being right in the cul-de-sac and I sincerely hope that you enjoy living here as much as I have.
