This is a great flat, so warm and cosy as we enjoy the residual heat from the flat underneath and didn't have to even put the heating on last winter. The community spirit in the development is great with events to join in with if you wish plus BBQ's or Christmas parties and special events throughout the year. It is very convenient too as the Asda and Tesco free buses pull up at the side twice a week and the train to Portsmouth or Chichester is great. The 700 bus service is a little further on the main road.
We have really enjoyed living here and we hope
