This part of the property is held on a long leasehold with the freehold being owned by the ground floor apartment, which I am also selling. I would prefer to sell both properties to the same buyer so they can decide what they would then like to do with them as there are many options available given the property’s versatility. With its own private entrance and character features I thoroughly enjoyed my time living here.
