The land lies on the left after 700 metres.
The field is well shaped with a southerly aspect, and laid to permanent grass in rig & furrow formation. Access is taken from an unclassified road on the south boundary. Mains water is currently supplied on a private agreement from a nearby residential property to a trough in the north-west corner of the field.
