This has been our home for over 20 years and we have bought our family up here, the time has come for us to now move on, we will be sad to leave but excited for our new adventure,

We have enjoyed it here hence the 20 odd year stay, we have not only loved the property and the size it has to offer but we feel the location is great, being just a short drive to everything, Emsworth, Havant, Chichester and Portsmouth. We are close to the country side in one direction and the seaside in the other, also being close to local shops and transport links really has been amazing and especially bringing up children here is ideal, the local schools are also great!
