AFFORDABLE HOUSING CONTRIBUTION A Section 106 Agreement was entered into as part of the outline planning consent, securing an affordable housing payment. It's not possible to definitively quantify this contribution until the size of the house is proposed to be built, and the exact formula that the Council apply at the time of the Reserved Matters application. Please note however, currently for a house above 100m2 a contribution of £13,500 would be anticipated. Please note that due to a change in National planning policy guidance the Council should not now levy this contribution for small scale developments such as this, however, it would be necessary for a purchaser to re-apply to get relief against this contribution.
