TERMS
Freehold subject to a Lease to a private individual on assignment. The lease term is 20 years from 28th March 2002 subject to 5 yearly reviews.

Due to the condition of the units at the commencement there is a limited repair liability. The original rent was £20,000 p.a. which was reviewed in 2007 to £25,000 p.a. The 2012 review has not been actioned.

The tenant is allowed to sublet the units and does so with 5 of the 6 retaining one for his own Gym business.
