I chose this house mainly due to its location, as it is just off Singlewell Road with Woodlands Park just around the corner as well as really handy, local shops. The town centre and railway station are also both also within walking distance.

I liked the house as it had a big open plan living area, which I thought would be ideal for entertaining, and it also had a decent sized kitchen.

The courtyard garden is nice and sunny and the shed/workshop has power connected.

I had planned to retire in this house but now that my family have moved away I will probably follow them in a few years time.
