Communication links are excellent with the A38 Devon expressway 20 miles to the north and the M5 motorway at Exeter. There are regular inter-city rail services from both Exeter (London Paddington 2 hours) and Totnes (London Paddington 2 and ¾ hours).
Exeter airport has a growing number of domestic and international flights often negating the need to travel to Bristol or airports further afield and close to London.
