Full description

Found in a quiet cul-de-sac in this ever popular part of town, is this ideal first time buy. It would also suit someone looking for an easy buy to let. The open plan living area offers you a great social space to enjoy with friends. Relax in the lounge area after cooking up a feast in the kitchen and then settle down with a glass of something nice in the dining area.

The garden is ideal for a first time buy or a small family, enough room for a barbecue and the table and chairs, but without being left cutting grass all day on your Sunday off of work.

This house also trumps others in the area with its larger than average garage, which would make a superb workshop or can even have room for utilities with the car actually parked too!

Tucked away from the main part of this development, this road is very peaceful, great to return home to after a hard day’s work. Just around the corner you will find a small parade of shops for those everyday essentials and the local park will please dog owners.

You are a sensible walk away from the railway station, so commuters will be pleased. Those who drive to work are not far from the A249 and the motorway links from there.

What the Owner says:

I have owned this house for eight years now and it has been a fantastic base for me when I used to work all over the country. Now life has moved on and it is time for me to take the step up and buy with my partner, so I hope someone else can take this home on and enjoy it now.

One of the best things about this house is the garage, it is bigger than others in the area and with power and lighting, I’m sure it would be great for someone who works on cars but for me it has been great for storage!
