It's just a short drive into the village of Mullion with its pubs, shops, golf club, harbour and nearby sandy beaches of Poldhu and Polurrian Coves.

We're perfectly place for exploring the wonderful scenery of West Cornwall, messing about on boats on the Helford, walking the coast path or shopping and lunch in St Ives or Falmouth.

You could own a holiday home here and simply get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life as often as you like for 11 months of the year.

About our holiday homes
Prices of our holiday homes are inclusive of delivery, siting on a hard-standing base and connection to services, including bottled gas, water, drainage and electricity.

All our holiday homes are built to residential spec so prices include central heating, double glazing, additional insulation and front aspect doors. The price also includes a galvanised chassis and a wood look CanExel cladding.

Can I live in my lodge or caravan?
No. You can stay in it while you are on holiday but you must live somewhere else. We will need you to provide the address of your main residence, which must be your home. We will also require proof of your residential address by way of suitable documentation e.g recent utility bills, current council tax bill, and driving licence or similar. We will require up to date copies of these documents on an annual basis.

How long can my holiday home stay at Franchis?
We offer purchasers of holiday lodges a standard Licence Agreement for 25 years but this can be extended up to a maximum of 30 years for an additional cost at the time of purchase. This property has a 30 year licence.

Can I sublet my holiday home?
We do not allow commercial subletting, although family and friends are welcome to stay at your holiday home.

What models are available?
We offer a large range of 2 and 3 bedroom models by Atlas, Swift and Willerby. Prices start from 83,950 based on a 25 year agreement. Please ask us for a full pricelist for more details.

How quickly can we move in?
We will have a Swift Chamonix lodge sited and ready for you to enjoy from July 2017. Other models can be ordered and sited on your chosen pitch within approximately 12 weeks.

What rights and obligations are there?
All holiday home owners have a formal, written Licence Agreement. The Licence Agreement sets out the obligations of both the holiday home owner and the park owner and includes the park rules. Please ask for a sample copy if you would like more details.

Are there any other rules?
There is a set of park rules that apply to everyone who owns a holiday home or visits Franchis Holiday Park. Please ask if you would like a copy.

What about maintenance on my holiday home?
You are responsible for maintaining your own holiday home although we can provide advice and put you in touch with local tradesmen.

What facilities are available on the park?
The joy of Franchis is that it's a quiet, rural park where you can really get away from it all.
We do have laundry facilities, tourist information, books to borrow and a dog exercise area.

What are the annual costs after purchasing a holiday home?
Pitch fees of 2400 (inc VAT) are payable on 1st February each year, but for the first year it is free.
Gas and electricity are billed quarterly as used

We're lucky enough to have our own private water supply here so that's just 114 (inc VAT) per annum.

Insurance is through your own choice of provider but Leisuredays are able to offer owners here preferential rates.
