Stenbury Manor is a Grade II listed Jacobean Manor house and one of the original Domesday Manors faced with Island stone with a tiled and slate roof. It is thought to have been built in the
16th Century and altered in the 18th Century when the west wing was added by Sir Robert Worsley of Appuldurcombe who is said to have lived there while Appuldurcombe was rebuilt. The Manor is now T shaped with two storeys and attics.

The Manor is approached along a shared track off Whitwell Road. A gravel drive over a small moat leads to the Manor. The gardens are mainly laid to lawn interspersed with flower beds.
