The former church building is of solid brick and stone walls under pitched roofs with a variety of coverings including slate, tile and corrigated sheet.
Detailed planning permission has been granted for two detached houses by way of Consent 16/0526/FUL dated 20 June 2016.

We understand that the church building was connected to all main services, but all interested parties must make their own enquires with the relevant utlity companies to establish that the necessary services are available for their proposed use/development. Particular attention is drawn to the information provided by Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water in their letter to Caerphilly County Borough Council dated 20 May 2016.
