We were fortunate to learn about the Horsham Gates development very early on, so were able to have our pick of all the plots off plan. We chose this particular apartment for two main reasons. Primarily it’s position, to the rear of the block it is was away from the busy North Street and being on the corner we knew that we would get plenty of sunshine making it lovely and bright. We also loved the idea of having not just one balcony but two, coming off the living space and our master bedroom. It’s really lovely to have some outside space when you live in an apartment, we soon got into the habit of sitting out there of a warm evening, chilling out after a busy day in the office.
