We purchased the property several years ago as a first home and have loved living here.  Being so closed to everything we needs is a huge plus point - Meadowbank sport centre and retail park are within a short walking distance as is holyrood park. A bus stop is also conveniently located on the nearby London Road.


The property has so much outdoor space.  The private front garden has so much potential and the spacious shared rear garden offers a perfect drying area and roaming area for cat lovers! The rear garden also has an additional private space ideal for a vegetable patch or flower arrangement. It also comes with its own garden shed for extra storage. 


A piece of my heart will always remain in this "little house" in the city. I loved the feel of being surrounded by green gardens giving the feel of being in the country yet being right in the middle of it all! Really sad to be putting this wee gem on the market but my life is now on to pastures new. Hoping its new owner will love it as I did and create lots of lovely new memories.
