The Vendor's View - We were first attracted to the property’s location, size and the potential to turn it into a loving family home, which it has certainly become.

It’s very difficult to choose our favourite feature or room… could it be the welcoming entrance hall, the staircase, the garden…? The list is endless…needless to say, we love every part of our home.

This is a friendly road to live on with the local library, pubs, parks and fabulous beach. We have enjoyed many lovely early morning and evening walks along the lovely sandy beach at Minnis Bay, Westgate and Westbrook.

There’s also a good mix of different shops and restaurants nearby. One of the local primary schools is a ten minute walk away and The King Ethelbert Academy is the same distance in the opposite direction. Birchington train station is only about a five minute walk, and offers services to all the surrounding towns, Canterbury, London and beyond.

This has been the typical loving family home where our children have grown up, and now the grandchildren come to stay. They love to play hide and seek in the many different rooms and secret hideouts in the garden. We know we will miss the warmth of the character and charm of our entire home. We will be sad to leave but know that another family will have many enjoyable fun-filled years to share in this loving home, as we have.
