Warwickdale Farm is a productive mixed arable and stock farm, extending to about 207 acres. The farm includes a four-bedroom farmhouse, a traditional courtyard steading and a range of agricultural buildings, including extensive winter accommodation for livestock and general purpose storage.

Warwickdale Farm is 7 miles west of the M77, which provides access to Glasgow to the north and Ayr to the south. There are mainline railway stations at Irvine and Kilmarnock and there are international airports at Prestwick and Glasgow, which are 11 miles and 23 miles distant respectively. There are two ports at Cairnryan (60 miles) providing regular ferry services to Ireland.
Ayrshire is renowned for golf with regular Open Championship venues including Royal Troon and Turnberry, and the highly regarded Prestwick, all within easy reach. There are 10 golf courses all within a 10-mile radius.
Along with farming and golf, the county is known for its excellent salmon fishing on the rivers Ayr, Doon, Girvan and Stinchar. Game shooting is also popular within the region, whilst Ayr Racecourse, home of the Scottish Grand National, is about 15 miles south. The Firth of Clyde offers marine and chandlery services together with scenic coastal sailing.
The area is well served by agricultural services and suppliers.
