It's in a secure block that's under 10 years old, in a fantastic part of Kennington - 30 seconds from the main road and lots of local amenities, and 10 mins walk from Kennington tube. Bus and rail links are fantastic with Vauxhall and Waterloo about 20 mins walk away.


There's a good community spirit within the flats - we all have a Facebook group where people can ask for help on questions related to property and the area.  The storage is great - built in wardrobes in the bedroom and two large cupboards in the hallway are perfect. You can also rent a parking space , but equally you can obtain a permit to park nearby, which is useful.  I'll be so sad to say goodbye to the flat but it's time to try out somewhere new. The flat will always hold such great memories for me. My advice would be to have the windows open and listen out on quiet nights as you can even hear Big Ben chime! It's pretty special."
