I have done a lot of work to the house over the years, including fitting a new kitchen approximately 8 years ago and general maintenance throughout. A new combi boiler was fitted just under a year ago, and this comes with a 5-year warranty, so the new buyer will be pleased to know that there won’t be any unexpected expenses.
