We chose this property because the location was perfect for us being so central to the town and how quick and easy it is to get everywhere.

We enjoy our south facing garden as much as the kids and spend most of our time out there in the summer. Its great having the beach so close for our family walks.

The local schools are fantastic and are walking distance for us so the children can take themselves to school now.

I enjoy the high ceilings and Victorian style of this house but the time is right for us now to make a move. We know the new owners will enjoy this home as much as we have.
