OWNER'S COMMENTS Location was the critical factor when we were choosing this home and it turned out as one of the best choices that we have made. The neighbourhood is a peaceful place to live and we have found many new friends here. The garden is really well screened and set back from the adjoining houses and I really liked the privacy it affords. Add the sheer size of the kitchen-diner and I was sold on it immediately. I would stay here if I could, but separating means that it's time to move on. I'll be renting, so there will not be a forward chain for you.
